Our rooms

The farmhouse has 4 rooms located on the upper floor and surrounded by lush vegetation. Each room has a large terrace overlooking the Gulf of Policastro and the village of Scario, with independent entrance, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and window, and free parking.
We offer one comfortable double room, one triple room, and two mini suites (which can accommodate four people).
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, a desk, and a breakfast corner (with minibar, coffee machine/kettle, and a courtesy basket at the entrance with breakfast items).

When booking, please remember to inform us if you will be bringing children and/or infants. Our hospitality is based on ensuring the privacy and rest of our guests while discreetly offering a place for conviviality and socializing, with an outdoor courtyard typical of Cilento villages.

Stanza dell’Aia

This is the “historic” room of the residence; it is located in its original core. The ancient structure of the oven is still preserved here, and in front of it is the farmyard from which you can enjoy the view of the Gulf of Policastro and the Calabrian coast.

Stanza dell’Ulivo

The room features a large balcony that juts out near a centuries-old olive tree and includes a convenient wardrobe adjacent to the bathroom. It has a panoramic view that can be enjoyed in complete privacy.

Stanza del Golfo

The room's balcony overlooks the Gulf of Policastro, offering a view of light and colors. It is comfortable and cozy, characterized by an intimate atmosphere.

Stanza del Belvedere

The room is, in fact, a veritable belvedere; thanks to its large terrace, guests can admire an exclusive, multifaceted landscape: from Mount Bulgheria (1,225 m) behind it to the Gulf of Policastro and the Calabrian coast, interspersed with typical Cilento olive groves that are over a hundred years old.
